WhatsApp assistant for NHS urgent care waiting rooms

Took ViC from concept to a working demo: the conversation design, a multilingual content library spanning 10+ languages, proprietary wait-time logic, and a compliance pack covering information governance and clinical safety. Pitched to NHS partners and submitted to SBRI Healthcare and the NHS Innovation Accelerator.

Training & development platform for Urgent Treatment Centres

Designed and built a full Next.js training platform for urgent-care teams: information architecture, per-team progress, quizzes, knowledge sprints and simulation sessions, all as a working, clickable product.
